Information you provide
When you begin a quote request, we collect your name, phone number and email address. This first step is sent to our agency even if you do not finish the detailed request.
The detailed quote form asks for your household address; driver names, dates of birth, license states and numbers, gender and marital status; vehicle years, makes, models and VINs; and requested coverage or SR-22 filing information. Provide information only for people whose information you are authorized to submit. Do not send Social Security numbers, payment card information or unrelated sensitive information through this form.
How we use and share information
We use quote information to contact you, understand your insurance needs and help prepare or service an insurance request. Relevant information may be shared with insurance companies or service providers involved in that request, and where required by law. A quote request does not bind insurance coverage.
Form delivery and service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our agency by email using SMTP2GO. WP Engine hosts this website. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Email is not an end-to-end encrypted document exchange; please contact us if you need another way to provide sensitive details.
Website activity and cookies
WordPress, hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs and cookies needed to operate and protect the website. Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this site. This notice will be updated if analytics tracking is enabled.
Retention and security
